In order to keep track of what I’m rooting for and against and just wanting to watch, I put together a schedule complete with fruity-colored highlighted cells to distinguish which games I need and which ones my closest Lucky Seven Contest opponents have selected.
Who would have thought that my entire season-long contest would come down to some random WAC and Sun Belt games later this evening? Updates to come throughout the day.
As I discussed HERE, today could be one of the more action-packed days of sports of the year. On any normal weekend day, I’d be OK watching Tiger and the Chevron World Challenge. Today, I don’t think that even makes the “Yellow Button Rotation” at any point. Yellow Button Rotation? Glad you asked – it’s the best function of DirecTV. You can keep the channel you’re watching plus four others in rotation without having to remember the channels each are on. Try it. It’s fantastic.

So as you can see, there are a couple of VERY impactful games – including Southern Miss (my pick) at Houston (both opponents’ pick) right off the bat at noon. LSU (their pick) vs Georgia (my pick) is the other very significant game. New Mexico State covering against Utah State would also greatly help my cause.
